This section describes fair use of Cartomi Plus. It is a draft and may need legal review.

Cartomi Plus is for ordinary private use. The AI features share one pool. Right now the limit is the number of analyses per year, per week, per day, and per hour shown in the app when you start the trial or buy Plus. Item photos are stored in a compact size and have a limit on how many you can upload per day. The trial has the same features and the same limits as paid Plus. Usage from the trial carries over when you pay.

You may not use Plus for automated bulk use or try to bypass the limits, including by creating extra accounts for that purpose.

In case of abuse or serious operational problems, we may temporarily limit or turn off individual AI features. We do not remove Plus from ordinary users unless that is necessary to protect the service.

If we lower a material usage limit for existing Plus users, we will say so in the app or on cartomi.app before the change applies. Technical safety limits that do not change the use we have promised can be adjusted without a separate notice.

Photos already on a list can still be viewed, even when the person who uploaded them no longer has Plus.
